And have a wonderful holiday.
Not much to say about my holiday, it was full of work. However, i did have a day before Christmas with my lovely lover. We exchanged gifts and spent a lovely wonderful day and night together. I just wish i could see her now..next year *shakes fist*. And lets just say i wish i was home..i cannot wait till Tuesday. I miss my home.
Until then, here's a good decent filler!

So a small update?
Sure! While i wait for my new Youtube Video to render why not!
I do apologize to anyone who reads the blog for my inactivity. Life comes by and gets you by the horns sometimes doesnt it?
Sorry, no flashy pictures of anything this time. This is just the basic facts-
This week was the best days off i ever had. I say this week because my days off are Tuesday and Wensday, ha! First off, i had a whole day with my hon bun, Madeleine. We made brownies, and casadia's, and shopped together, and it was just lovely :D. On top of that we snuggled. But it gets even better. The next day, i get my first visitors besides my sweetheart. Bonnie and her boyfriend Luke! Lets just say, i finally got a chance to play some video games with more than myself :). It was refreshing. Especially when playing an old NES game that barely had any seriousness to it. Oh it tried, but no. Wrestle mania for the NES is awful!
The best part is that my job had welcomed me back with open arms. I had two 10's, one was recognized by one of the big cheeses! And then i get a thank you letter from a team manager. And on top of that....i get a perfect 100 on one of my scores. Now how about that?
And this week is leading me on to Christmas. A time of...spending. I've become very slim on my spending, but im trying my best. Once tax return season comes around, im using that to go to college. Here's to hoping!
I cant wait to see my family on the 27th..im staying there until the 7th of January..not long, but i need the refreshment. Since i've started this blog, i've missed home..

Goodbye November, hello December!
And boy, what an awesome way to go into December. Not only did i just go shopping, but i finally, FINALLY got myself a little dining table. Cheap, simple, flimsy card table with four folding chairs. But a table none the less, dammit!
As far as my Thanksgiving went...well...not the usual, that's for sure. Wanna see what my dinner was? Look!
Looks good doesnt it? Well im not even fully done eating this yet. Thats right, I'm half done. But i want to give a good shout out to the one whos mother generously gave this to me. THANK you! It made my thanksgiving very yummy. Heres my thank you face:
Now with that out of the way, what am i thankful for? A bit. Im thankful that i've managed to make it through the few months intact. Since i've move here its been a bit hectic. My taxes have gone through the roof, i have bills, i have a girlfriend who's in need of me. But you know what i am reeeally thankful for? Being here and experiencing something incredible. It has been hard, yes. Its been very hard, but its been a real journey i am not about to give up on. Oh, also, i love the one im here for. So thats more than a reason to stay!
But what have i experienced while im here? A lot. I've become a much more grown up man. Things change once you are out of school. I couldn't be happier to finally be on my own. The freedom is wonderful. Sure, it sucks having to work a lot and yes, theres a ton of stress. But the freedom is so, so worth it. I love you mom, i love you Ryan, Dana, Carissa. Love you dad. Thank you all for being there for me when i need you most, past, present, and future!

Planes, video games, and bronze stars
Ah, its been quite a while hasn't it? Oh, do i ever apologize. Im thinking i need to re-schedule when i decide to actually update my weekly update. Maybe weekends now, it tends to be the only time i feel the need. But there is quite a lot to talk about. One thing i do want to mention, is that the main reason i figured i wouldn't update is i dont want to blab on about nothing :P
Anyways! I have lots to update. Preferably what i have been wanting to tell you guys for a long time...
So i decided to visit one of the parks nearby. While there i did a few things. I first explored a few paths. And man, let me tell you. Beautiful. It was...well here's a visual of what i saw.
Almost exact. It was beautiful. Lovely walk, and shortly after i found a swing set. But not before finding out that this little park of mine? It is a ski resort of some kind! There is a very step hill, well two in fact, and this one has its own lift. I was blown away when i saw it, what a neat place to live next to!
Once i was ready to go, i start hearing this humming in the distance. No sooner do i look, do i see a bright yellow propeller plan buzzing in the distance. Some guy decided...
Someone really must of thought that. This guy was flying in a circular pattern, going up and down. The plane wasn't very fast, but it was nice to see. So i sat and watched...
And watched....
And watched some more. It was rather peaceful. This happened Tuesday i believe, or Wednesday. One of those days off, ha!
Which i should bring to attention on my next order. I have made a personal goal. I will defeat, beat, stomp, and perfect all my past old Video Games i have not beaten. For instance, i have no fully beaten Super Mario World 2:Yoshis Island. Oh, the memories with this game. Especially for the Game Boy Advanced version. I played the hell out of it!
Anyways! So this is the first game im starting with. I never played the Super Nintendo version (Which i was lucky to get cheap a long time ago). Time to get 100% on everything, lets see how long!
Also, side short note, i have gotten three 90's for my recent Audits at my job. Getting my bronze stars, yay! Nothing special, but im a good caller apparently :D
Btw, finally got a better music player on my Blog. This one is definitely better. And the song for now? Crystalline Caverns? Yoshis Island, aw yeeeea
*head banging slowly*

New Apartment Joy!
Despite the fact i have at least three major bills on my neck. Oh well, thats better than...ten. Or twelve.
Hello world! Its the man from kansas. I seem to have landed myself a good little corner in Brockport NY. I've finally made it where i wanted to be. I have my own house, my own internet, and my own rules. I also have my own girl to go with it! Am i excited?
Halfway. Sorta. Its exhilarating being here, but its been terribly lonely without the familiar surroundings. I want to show my apartment off to everyone. But the best i can do is pictures. So! Here they are!
My wonderful apartment
Pretty snazzy huh? This is before i cleaned up, so bear with me on the mess. Also! I had a really decent Halloween. Despite working that day, i went to a small shindig with my woman. We had a lovely grand 'ol time. Also, she was dressed up super creepy. Look!
Isn't she just precious?
She was the Red Mascaraed of DEATH. Her roomate was the crow. Wooo.
More to come when i can get a moment. Since i pretty much come home at a decent time, i can update much more.
BTW, my address is 914 Viking Way Brockport NY, 14420. Send some love letters please!

OOooooOOOO!
What a title, huh? Its supposed to be scary. Imagine some scary voice saying it. It might make it a bit better.
Well! Here i am, another bit late. I cant help it, i dont have much time anymore! Despite having a new shift and all..
Also i really dont have much to say...lets just leave this blog for later.
I do move into my new apartment by tuesday, so that i am excited for! Woot!
Heres to hoping i have enough money. And i know, this is a very rough entry to my journal, but i really have nothing to say. And i have to update it!

Better late then never i always say
So this weeks entry was a whole week late. Apologies everyone! I'm actually starting to run out of material here. Its been everyday life here, working long hours and hardly getting any sleep. I do hope to change that. If there is anything thats pretty interesting that has come out of this, its my late night drives home. I see these images quite often:
Clear Night Skies-
Foggy weather-
Howling Coyotes-
Tons and tons of DEER-
Ominous dark nights where the moon is my only light-
And last but not least, tons of rain-
Pretty much those few things have made the night shifts remotely worth it. I tend to prefer getting home not around 3:00 AM and sleeping around 5:00 AM. (Its become my schedule now unfortunately! ) So with lots and lots of whining, i hope to change that. My next shift may possibly be a 12:00PM till 8:00 PM. Fine with me, i would like coming home at a better time for once!
Even though it seems like i blog to an empty space on the internet, i do have something important to tell everyone. I'm planning on returning to college and catching back up on my lost talents. If not, at least get myself some better degree to further expand my talents. Heres my issue though, i love computers and i love art. Both which are almost two totally different subjects!

Computers are definitely something i've always enjoyed messing with as a child, but drawing has always been my passion. I have never been a masterful genius with both, but my knowledge base/talent in both have kept me satisfied, to say the least. So! That's where college hopefully comes in and helps me out!
(Though i will be honest, my jobs made me a little tired of sitting down in front of a computer x_x)
Speaking of work, its been pretty awesome. I really must give a shout out to the people i work with, they have been a real pleasure to work with! Even met some fellow martial artists!
I've been adjusting as best i can to this new life ahead of me. I'm excited! But scared...anxious! But i want things to stay familiar. Again, i ramble on my blog, but i want everyone who reads it to at least see how my life has been away from familiar Kansas.
And yes, I'm still hopelessly in love

Not Singing In The Rain
Instead, i walk through it like a freaking expert would! Ha!
Well, another week, another journal entry. Though this one took a little longer than i meant for it to take. I do apologize everyone, the work schedule is hoped to change soon. Im sort of forcing myself to get this one done. I know, pathetic right?
Well in any case, i DO have news! My new job has been paying me very handsomely, i have been meeting some new peeps there, and my girlfriend and i continue to love one another. Oh! I am also going back to Kansas for a weeks visit! That i am super excited about. So not only am i going to talk about New York, but my returns back to Kansas! Exciting right?
Im out till next time!

I know i am! TEEHEE.
So not only did i go for a walk today and walk alongside a giant "pond", i also found out that people like to celebrate events in the rain. There was an entire family with kids and everything there. It probably went down like this..
"Hey Susie dear, want to go do your birthday party? Its raining out" "Noooo" "We'll blow up balloons and let them go!" "OKAY!"
Silly kids.
I also added a music player, if it doesn't work right now its because i have lost interest in fiddling with it and will get back later.
Also, here is the funny of the week!
Im out till next time!

I might be later than usual...
My fellow blog readers, i have no officially gone off my usual Sunday updating! Instead i may be updating every Tuesday or Wednesday. Why? Because those are my only days off now. I dont get weekends AND i work nights. Lets just say i've been having some difficulty adjusting to my...wonderful schedule.
Its nearly 3:30 and its a wonderful day outside. I dont plan on spending it indoors for very much longer, seeing how i've been doing that for the past two weeks at work. Shortly after this blog update i plan to go to a park. Any park! Just somewhere that i can sit or explore a new "Swanson Park".
Unfortunatly as far as updating goes, i really dont have much. I have looked at a new apartment though! And i need someone to cosign for me. Hopefully my mother will be able to take care of that one. I've found myself playing lots of TF2 when i decide to have my day off. Or sleep in. Either ones good for me it seems :D.
But as far as living in new york goes...i miss a lot of my old friends and family. Dont get me wrong, being here has been full of tons of new experiences and i cant wait to get some more. But..just wanna go back home for a while. Hopefully by new years :D.
Work has been pretty basic too. I get lots of people who just plain dont know how to use their blackberry. Or i get the experts who just overlook a simple thing. Wonderful isn't it? I hope i can get the Activision job they opened up. Then i can be a video game tech support agent!

A Little Late
I had work last night, dont judge me!
Which i actually have a few words about my week this time! Unlike last week, this week a few more things did end up happening. I had a huge party last night! It was the best. There was lots of people! I was up till two AM! It was a blast!
Nah, it was just my first day of work. I ended up on the night shift. I went in around 6:00 PM and worked till 2 AM. Not bad for my first day in fact! I was able to "Y-Cord" with a fellow genius of the matter. My very VERY first call was a two hour troubleshoot. The problem? Any of you BlackBerry phone users familiar with a JVM 517 error? No? Good dont be.
Just for reference. It completely wipes your memory and you lost everything. Its all lost. UNLESS! You were smart enough to back up your fregging data! This is why its crucial to back up any electronic data. You never know when you may lost it all!
He was very nice however, was okay with me and i was alright with him. Great first call! I am ready for my second day today for sure!
I am looking forward to working for Sutherland. Late night shifts are not as bad as i thought. Even the drive home was alright. Despite being tired and it being wet and rainy out. Rochester is actually pretty at night.
See? Not bad huh?
So prior to that week i also uploaded a video on my youtube channel. Feel free to check it out for anybody who is curious. Its still a WIP, so it may seem a little unfinished. But i may get someone interested
My amazing channel derp
Also my Amazon Wishlist because christmas is closing in
My amazing wishlist DERP
Speaking of christmas, i will let anyone know if i am going for a visit. I am hoping to take enough time off. If i cant make christmas i'll plan for another holiday. Promise!

My brain!
It has nothing to say tonight! Im serious, i have a lot thats happened this week too!
I was missed my Hurricane Irene, i saw Rise of The Planet of the Apes, Madeleine is going back to school, and im going to work full time at Sutherland in just a week. Its pretty eventful, not to mention summer is over! What is wrong with my head...do i have nothing to say? Quite possibly...but..i will make an entry like i promise my viewers.
So i'll just give the cliffnotes...For the movie?
This is all i could think of during the movie :D. Not going to lie :D.
And Hurricane Irene was a total joke here. People in New York City are getting hit a lot worse, but still. People were clearing the shelves buying water and other stuff. Get real people, its not that bad! Oh well, its probably passed by now.
Im...vaguely excited to work full time, im not going to lie. I would prefer to not work full time, but what can you do, ya know? Im excited to actually be working with some technology! Well, helping others work with their technologies but at least this way i get somewhere. Now when i trade jobs i have experience whoo!
On a smaller note, i've figured out how to record my old Team Fortress 2 demo (video) files and im going to be uploading them. Or at least making newer, more entertaining files :D. So keep an eye out for those
EDIT- Oh yea! I forgot to mention! I had the liberty of attempting to take care of four small baby rabbits. After Madeleine's dad mowed the lawn they just sorta showed up! They were the most adorable little babies. The only problem was...they were very weak. One of them died a day we found them very quickly, the mother rabbit probably abandoned them. Me and the dad attempted to take care of the other three, but they were far too weak. They all died the very next day. One of them in my hands ):. I was glad i could at least..see them. I've never done something like that, it was depressing and adorable at the same time.
Just look at them 3:

Tie Wearing Phone Calling
Its definitely not going to be a bad job, that's for sure. However, i would rather not wear a tie. It feels like a collar sometimes. Thank goodness for the Goodwill! Cheap fancy clothing for the win!
So i had my first whole week of training. What can i say? Nothing. I cant tell you guys anything about my training and what im learning other than im learning how to fix BlackBerry phones. And even that may be too much. So thats all im saying. So there.
In other news, just yesterday i went over to a friend's, Kiefer, house. And boy let me tell ya, i have never heard of this "Tap Frisbee", but i wanna get a Frisbee now just to play it :D. It was one of the more physical games i've played in a while. Not because i am lazy, but because i dont get to do much anyways. Playing this game alone wont work very well. The basic rules of the game is to split up into two teams, throw a frisbee, one or many people have to tap it once, then another has to catch it with one hand. Lets just say, i was very active in this game. I was diving for the damn thing, trying to get kick taps, head taps, and best of all i freaked out Kiefers mom when i found out i had a gash on my leg. Nobody else was impressed, and it was shortly ended when it got lost for good (I think i was the one who threw it into a bush). Heres a brilliant visualization of how i played:
Epic huh?
Tomorrow is another full week of training...so i better get my early schedule started. Madeleine will be going back to school soon...i need myself an apartment quick. Its coming..the next couple weeks are going to be full of work and coffee. And ties...ugh

Rain rain..oh i love rain
Today is a big day for me. Not because its raining cats and dogs outside nor is it because i managed to get World of Warcraft for both me and my girlfriend for free (i did not steal nothing, private servers FTW). Its simply because today is my last day as a "free man". Tomorrow i go to see Sutherland Global and get myself ready to work for them. Am i excited? Sure! I just bought myself a buncha groceries, i like fending for myself! Feels much more rewarding when i can finally buy my own food and eat it without anyone to say a word. I am definitely taking advantage of this opportunity! But i sure hope i dont buy too much food. So far Wegmans has been an incredibly wonderful source of food for me. Making Madeleine sick of hearing me say it that its so good :D
Anyhoo, i've also discovered that its time i buy things less likely to kill me. This means a gluten free/lactose free diet for me. I know i just went over buying foods, but this is a whole different topic. With Madeleine having issues we've decided she goes on Gluten Free. So im joining the party (i should have been doing this long ago anyways..arg) So lets see how that effects my thought process and if i dont bloat everyday D:
Okay okay, i know, everyone is sick of hearing about my food problems. Back to Sutherland!
Im a bit nervous. Not only because its a 7:00 AM appointment, but because the sheer amount of pressure that i have behind this job going well. Im just hoping things go well is all...i am very worried about my outcome. But the saying goes, worrying about something is about as affective as solving an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum! Lets just see what happens..
Oh! And heres some art for ya! Wonder Woman!
Aint she purdy?

Sutherland Hope
HUUUUUGE update!
First, i got a full time job at Sutherland Global Services. Heres the link to it: http://www.sutherlandglobal.com/.
It is mainly a phone company. They deal with working on phones (blackberries mostly) and doing service FOR phones. Its a start, and its not exactly where i plan to be for the rest of my working days, but god dammit i got the job! Finally a full time job to get started. Get on with my pathetic life here :D.
So remember that post about Barristar global services? Well it means nothing. I am still going to be that nerdy kid in the picture perhaps, but im quitting that place once i get started. I might end up quitting Johnny Rockets too, unfortunately. They treated me very well there, its going to be sad to leave them. But i have to move on, and i may not be able to balance two jobs. Well i could if the other wasn't full time.
I couldn't be more satisfied with myself now. I dont want to gloat, but i feel proud of myself to make it through all the crap to get somewhere. All on my own :D. Being a man isn't really that surprising with getting places, because, thats just part of being a man! But i didn't think i could do it in another state. Go me!

Now lets get on with the life here in New York, no more blogs about how awful it is to live on your own! Now its time for how wonderful it is! Like for instance...i can go buy whatever food i fregging want. Expect me to be fat :D
That'll be me in the future. Hot right?

I am prepared to be naked
Because im home alone and no one else is around :D. Nice eh? Well not so nice..Madeleine left to go to Cape Cod and im stuck at home. But the good news is nudity is okay. And not just that but i got a chance to explore the area a bit. If there is one big thing i have learned about new york, is that it has frequent rain spazzes. No kidding, it will go from this-
To this-
In at least thirty minutes maybe even less time. Well it was good for me because i went shopping at Wegmans and it was pouring when i went in and sunny when i got out. So thats good :D.
I have also learned that employment rate here is very awful. I have had little chance to get a better job, im still a milkshaker at Johnny Rockets. But i shall not give up hope! Something has got to give, and im not going back home just yet. I just cant go. I need to be here with Madeleine.. ah hell, cue the love sick picture
Thank you

Just Because Its Time
I'll go ahead and say a few things.
Its been pretty hard living out on your own in a new state with little to now support
Its been even harder struggling to find a full time job so you can stay
Its been even more hard to try and hang on to the hope that all will be alright
Whats kept me going? Well i love Madeleine Bryant. She's had it rough as well as i, but i still love her. Its rough...and it keeps getting rougher...but i still love her. She makes me very happy...this woman right here-
She makes me very happy..i couldn't tell you why. Its just when we're together the world is right. Its why i moved all the way over here in the first place. We have our differences, sure, but it stands to be nothing once we're together. She's such an extraordinary woman...i wouldn't give her up for the world...<3

Oh geeeeez..
It did not take long for me to ignore my blog now did it?
Its not so much that i want to ignore it, or that i am ignoring it, its just i really have very little news that is anything spectacular. See, i wanted this blog to be something i could write in when i feel like im making progress. And i haven't! Not a single bit. Except for more working. I did manage to get JUST a sliver enough to pay for my insurance. That was far too close..i wont have any money afterwords. Is this...what we all call..LIFE?!!

It must be! And im just glad i managed to slip through without any problems. Other than no cash, but i should be able to make it till next week. I may even have myself an even better job by then. I was called by a recruiter for another shot at a tech job! Only problem was he spoke barely any English. But! Out of sheer concentration, i managed to understand what the hell he was telling me. Basically i will find out if i got it or not....or if i even get a chance to an interview.
And i witnessed the burning of the papers with my lover and her three friends :D. It was pretty nifty, we cooked hot dogs! We ate unhealthy snacks! I tried running around and found out i was very out of shape! Nah, just hot out. Or maybe i really am out of shape, hmm..
Either way i had a blast. New York is much different than Kansas, and i have barely scratched the surface. Heres hoping to some more uplifting entries!

Hrmmm...
Well this is a first. Its been an entire week and i really have nothing to say. Its been fairly normal. I have worked at Johnny Rockets, i got my first paycheck, i opened a bank account, i went shopping today, it was a relatively normal day!
The only exception is now i must find an apartment. Well, a second job first, but i need to get moved out. Time is running short. I suppose i am just very busy and have had a lot on my mind. I'll try this again later when i have had time to think...

A Full Week Scheduel?!
Well Johny Rockets has proved to be a much better work than anything else I've tried. I have a full weeks work and i get paid this week (I lied about getting paid last Friday ): ). Barrister is now on my shit list because i have not been paid for my first work. Its been...what...three weeks? I even managed to get another job but the person i was working for wasn't there. How frustrating -_-. So once i get paid I'm telling them to go screw themselves sideways. What an unorganized company. I'm still waiting on word about the job i was interviewed for too. Looks like the Tech industry sucks if you are not a college graduate..hrm.
Happy belated fourth of July everyone! I went and saw fireworks out in an open soccer field with my lover and her pa. We saw many, many fireworks! Ones that looked like a waterfall, ones that looked like mitosis, and one very particular firework that they showed quite a bit. This right here!
Yes, they smiled at us. One of them didn't go off quite right so it was kinda squished. Looked hilarious :D. After that we listened to Disney songs as we went home. All in all, its one of the best 4th of July i have ever had. We had a huge feast with hot dogs, watermelon, burgers, and potato salad! All i was missing was some swimming. Which eventually i plan to hit the beach. Oh, one more note, me and the Pa are kicking BUTT on the backyard. Absolutely going to make that place look awesome again. Those buyers are lucky..
I do apologize for not drawing much since my first entry. I have been doodling a bit, but i think whats happened is i realized that keeping a blog updated is big work. So i might just stick to updating once a week. Until then take care!

Rockets and Interviews
Good M-, aw i was one second off from still being able to say that. Well, its been five days. Five big long extra hard working days. Remember my last post? That was my only job in that field. Yep, i still havent gotten my paycheck (im expecting it monday) and i JUST got another chance to work on another computer. It was not a very reliable source of money :/. So i had to jump myself up and get a part time job at a restaurant called Johnny Rockets!
Not too shabby huh? I am a milkshaker and a dishwasher. It pays good money, not enough, but it will keep my damn car running. I spent my last buck i had on a fregging hamburger, i NEEDED cash. So i picked this up. I will look very similar to the guy in the picture above as well. I wont be wearing a hat like that, just a normal baseball cap. And no tie (thank god). So i had my first day yesterday and i already enjoy it. Its clean, smooth, and the people there are a riot. I did my first keanu reeves impression since i was in middle school. Lets just say i had them in stitches, since me and him resemble each other so darn much.
Other than that, i am at a low point in money. My bills are creeping up, summer is just starting, and i better get my ass in gear and out of the temporary home. If i take five days to make another entry, it means im cranking it hard on the work force. I might have three active jobs. I am going in for an interview with a tech support company (Not like Barrister, this one is actually FULL TIME) on Monday. I am very nervous, but with enough research i bet i will blow them out of the water. I hope anyways...
Also, damn you rain. You make outside work impossible

First Day!
Ah, its always so bracing to go into a new job. Especially when they give you little to no information on what there is to do. Lucky for me though, i had a very friendly old guy who was in the field of computers for a very long time. He was very patient with me and we both laughed about the lack of information i was given from Barrister. Heres a good picture of how he looked (please note, he looks nothing like this)
So work went very well, and i hope to get paid soon (Barrister continues to beat me around the bush with a fucking pitchfork). The past few days have been pretty good despite that. My special someone has been keeping me company. I am a very fortunate person to have someone so wonderful by my side. She has been an incredible help and i cant wait to spend the years ahead with her. Love is in the air and boy is it....lovely. Ha!
I wish i could come up with something more, but unfortunately i cant. This would be my sixth blog with very little comments. Im sure many of you are reading, but if i dont get any questions how will i know what to write about? Nah im just kidding, be anonymous :D

The Most Interesting Thing In The World
I pulled weeds today! I also managed to clean off the brick path to the house today too. I'm working very hard to make this place ship shape yet! And by this place, a home that's not really mine. Sometimes boredom can get to you that much. Oh, heres a good visual of the weed's im going to have to pull-
Oooh was that fun. I couldn't even find a correct exaggerated picture to show how much i have yet to pull. But this ought to do i suppose. But i am proud of the immense improvement just pulling out a few weeds does. It looks like theres actually room to plant. Before its just...weeds. Lots of weeds.
Unfortunately i have not heard anything back from my new "job". They said they will try to get with this woman who talked with me. Who supposedly is on vacation. Sure, leave me with no info and just ditch me you jerk 3<. So i have not yet worked for this new company. I am not sure if i will, but i hope my landscaping job picks up soon because i am out of cash. 10 days from now i'll be doing an interview, so hopefully that too will get me a job. Just a little worried...bills will be creeping up on me before i know it...
The smiling Engineer gets me everytime. And the pimp walking Demoman. Hee.
EDIT- I should also mention that i saw two separate herds of ducks today while getting ice cream. It was lovely to watch them waddle about quacking happily :D. Though a...teenage boy i presume, decided to become their mother and herd them all to him by feeding them. I dubbed him, DUCK MAN! Here he is-
Silly duckman, those aren't your babies

Jobless No More!
I might already have a job? Thats interesting, seeing as how they hired me was without even calling me. Anyone ever heard of Barrista Global Services? Well im a Technician for them! Thats right, i finally got my computer job :D. Its not a complete FULL time job, but dammit its a start! This calls for a godly picture!
I have been seeing that a lot too..its very beautiful here. And the best part of my job is that I chose my hours! That means i can work as hard as i want or as soft. Not only that but i get to travel a lot. Making those shimmering clouds easier to see as i cruise down the highways. I am incredibly grateful for this wonderful opportunity. I never thought for one second that i would get the chance to even come close to working for computers this early. I will not let this one go to waste! The company is pretty interesting. It literally recruits tech's all over the country and just sends them out on their own for jobs. Im my own boss! That also means i do my own taxes though, yuck. Lets hope i dont end up looking like this...*shudder* Ew...
In other news i have found out that bee stings hurt. While helping out my lovers dad move logs around i got a nasty sting right on my hand. Curse those cute little buzzers. I guess New York traded tornadoes for bee's. Just as long as i dont see this :
I'll live D:

Warmed Weekend
Howdy! Well i may have been a little bad on keeping my blog very much up to date, but i have a good excuse. WORK! The last three days have been full of it. Unfortunately i am a little pressed for time, so i don't really have anytime to make any witty pictures or visuals, but! I will say that a change in my job is coming. I may become part of an IT team! At this very moment i am already part of one (apparently) so it might come sooner than i think :D.
New York has been great these past few days. Working in landscaping has been tiring, but I've seen so many beautiful houses. The one i mentioned in my previous blog is definitely one of those. I am getting a farmers tan...an epic one. Its not fair, working shirtless on the job is frowned upon!
I miss the rest of my family dearly. If theres any problems im going to have in the past few days, its going to be being homesick T_T. Thanks for visiting, things will pick up i promise :D

Mulch The Killer
Evening! Well, i pretty much summed up my entire story in the last post. So the posts from here on in are going to be completely new! Excuse me if i seem to not be entirely entertaining, i am pretty new at this whole thing. Anyways! Updates! I managed to find a temporary job for the moment thanks to Madeleines friend Cathy. Her dad let me work for a landscaping company, and boy, does it get rough. First time i went we worked for a home like this!
Eh, not really. But close enough! Huge house, huge pool (had its own pool house with a bathroom and a wine cooler. Wtf), and huge landscape. So it was a bit of a chore to work for that bit of land, but it was good paycheck! A great start, even if im worked pretty damn hard. Here is a visual represintation of how tired i've been, just for laughs:
This is me after today. Staying up late continues to be my downfall. Piff. But! I must admit, i am feeling pretty energized. I would never wake up at 6:30 AM back in Kansas. Also, i learned how to plant flowers properly as well as how to lay down mulch properly. The mulch...was a loooong looooong lesson. I never want to see mulch ever again (especially since tomorrow we're right back into the mulch job at the mansion house). So far its been a good job though...the pay is nice and the manager is the nicest man on the planet i swear. Though there is good news about an opportunity for other jobs. Today i was called twice for two IT jobs i e-mailed about. Looking forward to that, definitely. I smart guy, not labor guy

My Long Journey
Hello! Welcome to my very first entry to this little place of the internet i call my blog :D. My names Kevin. And for those who I'm sure know me reading this, this blog is about my epic move to a whole new state. A little extra will thrown in as well to spice things up a bit too. But for now, lets talk about my move and why...
Once upon a time, i was a simple boy. I had a simple girlfriend and a simple life with it. My simple girlfriend told me about this friend of hers that she just met. I got the chance to talk to this person and found out she was absolutely wonderful! Her name is Madeleine, and boy did she change my life! Years went by, and i lost my simple girlfriend. Many more were to come, but this friend of mine stayed. See, she was an online friend and could talk to me all the time. So you could guess we had a lot of time to get to know each other. Months came and went and now i love her. I decided to move and be with her even longer, leaving my simple tiny life back in Wichita, Kansas. Now here i am in Rochester, New York. Ready to start a new at the ripe old age of 22.
Day 1- Me and my sister decided to take a late start on the trip, so it was a bit of a chore getting up and really wanting to leave. My poor mom was heartbroken to see us go, but she told me many times she was ready. Along the way, me and my sister managed to get out of good 'ol Kansas and into Missouri. Not a bad little area, but damn was it hot. It was a rather short drive, we listened to music and enjoyed the landscape. Then we made it into Illinois. St.Louis Illinois might i add! It was getting dark and rainy, so it would of been smart not to go past it. But we did not want to stay there, so we pushed on. However, St.Louis on Labor Day Weekend is not fun. We saw at least three car wrecks within an hour. There was a pretty big traffic jam due to all of this. Being distracted, i nearly became the fourth wreck! But what happened was amazing...the car just slid, i was sure i was going to hit it! But it just...stopped. Just meer inches away from the bumper of another car. Something stopped us, and i believe it was someone special...upstairs...Shortly after we crashed at a Super 8.
Day 2- Up and at 'em early! We drank our "Five Howa Powa" and hit the road. Onward we went into Indiana! I believe this is what we saw there..
Nice giant cross, huh? Well this was not the most amazing state in the US. The rest of Illinois wasn't so hard to navigate from. Seeing as we were mainly on the big highways. I must note that i did have to stop for a few potty breaks. This worried mother quite a bit, but hey, you drink water you pee water. Time went on, more music was played, things were discussed, and before we knew it we were nearly out of Indiana already. However...JUST before making it out, i noticed something. Along the way i hit a bird rather hard. It busted something underneath my car, causing a plastic covering to of plummeted to the ground. It hung under my car for miles until i noticed it in a gas station. Taped that sucker up many times, but it never stayed up. There's an especially embarrassing moment with that later. But we made it to Ohio, and heres proof!
Taking that nearly got me in ANOTHER wreck. Hard to believe eh? Ohio was another long drive...we pretty much made it into the middle of the state before deciding to turn in. After eating at a local restaurant of course! Unfortunately i cant remember the name, but it wasn't impressive. Bedtime was very needed by the end of the day though! Ohio was a long beautiful drive. A nice break after having to go through major cities. This time however, we stayed in a Hampton Inn! Much nicer, much better, and a well deserved rest soon followed.
Day 3- Another decently early day for us. We decided it was best not to do the energy drinks and stick to just eating right and making it through this rather dull and BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL state. Im telling you, it was gorgeous. We already could tell we were not in Kansas anymore, and we were two states away! The Amish people sure know how to pick a state, thats for sure. We literally saw an entire herd of them walking. All with straw hats too, it was quite the site to see! We continued to be marvelous map readers, as up to this point we haven't used the GPS system once. Quite nice for first timers eh? After a quick skip and hop over Pennsylvania (seriously, it was only two hours) we made it to New York! More proof!
That was the second time we went around to snap that photo. It wasn't easy! Now, let me say a few things about this day. We made it to Buffalo New York first, yahoo big whoop. It was a decent city and we got our first peeks at the coast. Excited to finally make it, we immediately set our course for Niagara Falls! Unfortunately, that is very close to Canada. So we made it into Canada. Yes, we actually crossed the border. The border patrol was not happy. They even commented on my plastic hanging off WITH DUCT TAPE! Embarrassed, we managed to get out unscathed. We came to find out that Niagara Falls NY is a complete shit hole. I mean this place was awful. Ghetto at every corner. Not as bad as Harlem NY, but close enough im sure. We quickly fled to a Hampton Inn for the night. For tomorrow, NIAGARA FALLS! We also had a little fun. Chatroullete and watching Lady Gaga in concert was nice :D.
Day 4- Niagara Falls awaited us! This day had so much it's far too hard to describe. We saw both the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls. It was hot, but we managed to get out of it all with only minor sunburns. We walked a lot. All the pictures (and more) can be found here: http://imageshack.us/g/853/img8177n.jpg/
This are my personal favorites of the Falls. My sister saw it for her first time...i saw it for my first time...it was a wonderful memory. I enjoyed that day immensely. We also managed to go ahead and go to a haunted wax house. Short, but still great none the less! The trip to Rochester was not hard at all. We found our cheap hotel (not quickly, but still found it) And after dropping my things off to see my wonderful Madeleine, we crashed for the night. And thus, i was in New York. Wednesday, June 1st, 2011.
