First Time for Everything

Another small update for my few fans!

Basically, its been my last few weeks at work. I am preeeeetty happy to leave. This means i am no longer working for that awful place. Even though i worked at Activision, i still worked for THAT company. Sutherland is not evil, but call centers? Please, no more. I cant do anymore phone call jobs. People who do that need to be paid a LOT more.

Also, my weekend consisted of TWO things.

First, is locking my keys in my car. Which, getting them out, the tow truck man had to stick one of these in the door:




















He literally used this to help unlock my door! Incredible the simplest tools help...

Also i got pulled over for the first time in my life. I was just minding my own business, talking on the phone, and then suddenly i see this in my rear view mirror:

Just so EVERYONE knows, talking on your phone while driving is a big no no here. Dont do it, they will pull you over. I am usually invisible to these guys and they got me, so dont do it.

I got off without a ticket, so i am very fortunate. The guy gave me a break since i was not from the area :D. BUT DONT TALK AND DRIVE! Not unless you have a headset. Then its just fine :).

From New York to Kansas. Back to Kansas

I have a big announcement to make...

Its not that i have not enjoyed my stay here in New York, or that i cant handle it...i just cant do school here.

Me and my wonderful girlfriend have now been split, since three weeks ago. I have not been able to announce it or been able to come up with a good way to bring it up for a good long while. However! It does not mean we are not still best friends and that we dont still talk. She still stays with me, she's a real sweetheart and I love you very, very much!

I just need to go to school. And i cannot do it here...so i must travel back home.

Im not so sure if i will be keeping this blog up and running or not. Maybe to update my life from now on...

I certainly enjoyed my stay here. I leave to go back around April 17th. Once i get home, its a time crunch for school. Hopefully, once school is finished, i cant return. The sky is the limit right now!

Happy Birthday/Ants/New Job Still

Loooooots of new updates! First, let me start with the basic...

My laptop, my little baby from 2008, she is now fully funtional and has a new battery AND a new charger cord AAAAND a whole new keyboard/mouse pad/plastic piece.  My macbook is finally back to what it once was! Or at least...close. Hopefully i can get a whole new body for her...

Meanwhile im still working for Activision. I'm successfully a Customer support agent :). I am not only able to wear jeans, i am able to relax and look at Youtube videos. All day! Until i get calls that is...but so much better than my last job. This is a good fresh start. This job might even keep me here in New York..so i may have more stories to tell!

....i should also mention me and Madeleine are no longer together...

But! I had a nice lovely birthday here. I got to go Bowling with my friend Kai and his friends, and Madeleine spent the day with me. Gave me gifts and made me dinner AND a birthday cake. With the "happy birthday" song.

Even if we are not together anymore....i still love this woman..and i am so happy she is in my life. I will always lovey ou Madeleine Bryant, and you will always be my best friend.

March Madness

Another month, another long break between updates. Lets see what i can catch everyone up on....

My beloved, Madeleine, has gotten over her sickness! In the clear, no more sickness for my poor sweetness. Which has made her much happier and not in pain constantly. Thats one victory achieved!

I ended up finally paying off the lot of my bills. Part of my reason for being so quiet is because i was stressing out over some of my (mostly ELECTRIC) bills. This months twenty bucks cheaper. Thats another victory!

The best of all? I now work for Activision! I work for a video game company! 'Scuse me.

This means the stress i was constantly getting from my day to day work with Sutherland is now nearly gone. Hell, it HAS to be gone. The past two days of my training were filled with gaming. I sat there for my usual eight hour shift, playing Skylanders.

Go here, everyone, please. Marketing GENIUS

Basically my calls will come from ALL Activision games, mainly Skylanders. What is that you say? Its practically the new Pokemon. Its as blunt as i could get. I mean look at them!

 

Pretty rad right?  Point being, I am DONE with smartphones. Its now video game troubleshooting for me. Meaning i can finally relax at work, and best of all, have some passion for my work. 

Time to keep moving. I've gone further and further up. Hopefully this job will grow and i may end up even farther. Come on life, lets see what you got!

Almost a month later!

And my material is still preeeetty low. I know, its pretty bad but things have been hecktic, what can you do? D:.

So whats been new? Well i got a new air mattress for one! MAdeleine and me have been doing decently well...in faaaact, i got her a SPA DAY! At this fancy little place:

Lets just say she was a very happy little girl that night. I was so proud of myself, i went the entire time without spilling the beans at ALL. She is so spoiled :3 

My moneys been a little tight as of late but thats only because growing up stinks worse than feet. Eventually i'll get the hang on it...but im pretty sure it will take a while. 

In the meeeean tiiiime...snow finally has come. And boy, has it freaking come. Its been a blizzard here. Deep snow here and there, big blizzards, thick piles of it everywhere. Also my car has been freezing because of the cold. Its not been taking too much of a beating, but its still been cold. Heres a good example:

Thankfully, my job is indoors.

Other than those wonderful adventures, my laptops charger broke. Again. Its not very relevant to my experience here but gosh darn it, i dont need more junk D:.

Hopefully next week i will have a better one. Just quick updates here and there.

The last few weeks

Have they been wonderful...

I know i have ignored my poor blog for the past couple of days, and for that everyone i apologize! But its really not been much different...

I have gotten a new big three foot thick air mattress, i am now working 8:00 AM till 5:30 PM, and i have been spending a looot more time with my beloved. I mean a lot more time...poor thing is sick though. Which makes me a sad one 3:.

But my experince here in New York has taught me a few things in the past few weeks...things really dont come to you. And no one out there is going to just give it to ya...thats how i got my big shift!

Pictures next time, i just have not much time to do it. But i will! Until then..

I fell behind once again, and i have hardly much to say...not many pictures planned..BUT!!

I did enjoy my visit back home. It was incredibly worth missing work so long to be there for a little over a week.

I got to see all my old friends and chat a little...it was awesome to play video games again with some old pals!

Also it was incredible seeing my family and nieces and nephews. I have quite the supportive family back home...i know that whenever i need help they will be there. I have so much support its mindblowing :D.

Also i got an iPhone. I believe thats also news o:.
